Tri-Cities’ Small Business Receives National Recognition

All About Blinds of Johnson City, Tennessee has been awarded the “2026 American Legion Small Employer of Veterans” Award.

The American Legion presents national employer awards annually to honor businesses for excellence in hiring and retaining veterans, older workers, and disabled persons. Key awards include the National Employer of Veterans Award (small, medium, large categories), Employer of Older Workers, and Employment Service Awards.

Owner and President of All About Blinds, Colonel (Retired) Rob Campbell has employed over four veterans in his time with the business. All About Blinds has served at the forefront of veteran and military spouse employment and advocacy. Rob brought the Veteran’s Business Collective to Johnson City and founded, “Salutes and Handshakes,” an effort to attract and retain military talent in our region.
