Job Title: Commissioned Salesperson

Veteran owned All About Blinds founded in 2008 and bought in 2022, offers a large selection of custom Hunter Douglas, CACO, Isolroll, A Better Blind, Ballistic Barriers, and other brand window treatments, including, honeycomb shades, shutters, horizontal blinds, vertical blinds, Roman shades, roller shades, woven wood shades, and bullet resistant shades. It serves upper Northeast Tennessee in the Tri-Cities of Johnson City, Kingsport and Bristol, and the surrounding areas within a 55 mile radius, including Greeneville, TN, Abingdon, VA, and Northern North Carolina near Elk Park and Banner Elk.

All About Blinds invests heavily in marketing – from TV commercials to internet presence and administrative assistance to support its sales staff.

Job purpose:
Selling of Hunter Douglas and other brands window coverings

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to communicate with customers, vendors and other business contacts in a way that demonstrates care, confidence, and empathy toward customer needs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Hunter Douglas, CACO, and Insolroll blinds, shades and shutters product lines, warrantees, and ordering procedures.
  • Manage a CRM with all customer interactions daily for all leads and projects.
  • In conjunction with the office manager, schedule showroom or in-home consultations.

    • Skilled at networking – building relationships with potential customers, other businesses and community leaders.


Working Conditions & Pay:
Flexible hours based on client appointments and networking events chosen by the salesperson. Commissioned salesperson. Combined 10% draw/commission based compensation package. Opportunity to earn a salary exceeding $100,000 in a calendar year.
