Description
If you enjoy anime, make sure to join the BPL Anime Club on October 4 at 5:30 p.m. for a special presentation of Outlaw Star. Each month, the BPL Anime Club meets to watch movies and anime series on the big screen, discuss manga and anime, and munch on Japanese snacks.
For October, the BPL Anime Club will celebrate “One Book, One Bristol” by offering a free showing of Outlaw Star, which features the misadventures of Gene Starwind and his business partner/friend, Jim Hawking. After unexpectedly acquiring a Grappler ship, which they rename “The Outlaw Star,” Gene and Jim—and a mysterious girl named Melfina—are poised to find fame and glory (and, of course, riches) among the stars!
