Medical appointment participants will receive a boxed lunch and be entered into a raffle to win one of 4 Food City or Kroger gift cards!\n\n \n\nHealth services provided and resources available at the Free Health Fair include Pap Smears\, Mental Health Screenings\, Hearing Tests\, Cholesterol & Blood Sugar Tests\, Lab Tests for thyroid\, diabetes and complete blood count if the provider deems necessary\, Blood Pressure Checks\, Dental Screenings after a Medical Appointment and School & Sports Physicals. Appointments are required and fill up quickly. Call today to schedule your appointment.\n\n \n\nSeveral organizations will be onsite to provide additional community resource information. Sullivan County Health Department will be on hand to provide COVID-19 Vaccines to include Omicron boosters. No appointment is required to receive a COVID-19 vaccine or booster.\n\n \n\nCOVID Vaccine times: Wed. 8:30AM-11:00AM   Thurs. 8:30AM-1:00PM\n\nAppointments are required.
