Everyone is welcome whether you have health insurance or not! There will be giveaway opportunities\, resource vendors and attendees will receive a complimentary meal!\n\n \n\nHealth services provided and resources available at the Free Health Fair include Pap Smears\, Chest X-rays\, Mental Health Screenings\, Cholesterol & Blood Sugar Tests\, Lab Tests/Blood Work\, Blood Pressure Checks\, School & Sports Physicals.\n\n \n\nHealth Hero will be onsite to provide COVID-19\, Flu and other vaccines and boosters and staff will be available to sign up new Healing Hands' patients.\n\n \n\nAppointments are required and fill up quickly.
